Brooklyn Friends School

Founded in 1867, Brooklyn Friends is an independent, college preparatory Quaker school with 800 students from preschool through 12th grade and an additional 55 two-year olds in the Family Center. The majority of the faculty holds advanced degrees, and the Upper School offers the academically rigorous International Baccalaureate Diploma Program. Brooklyn Friends has an active, supportive parent body and an enthusiastic community of teachers and students who reflect a unique combination of intellect, energy, and heart.
