At CME Architects, it is our belief that not only does architecture need to be visually appealing; it also must involve the real-world aspects of understanding the reasons for building structures. It has to address social values and environmental impact, realize the effects on human interaction and experience, and maintain technical and aesthetic values. The architect has a leading role in the creation of architecture, but the client and project team are essential players in executing a successful outcome. This includes interaction throughout the whole process: from the project's inception, analysis and design, to bidding and negotiations, construction administration and project close-out.
