Transition 15 founder, Matt Perry's first experience of a top class sporting environment came in 1995 at the age of 18 when he made his debut for Bath Rugby. His performances for Bath led to him making his England debut in 1997 at the age of 20. By 23, he became England's most capped Full Back and played in the 1999 World Cup as well as the Lions tour to Australia in 2001. Forced to retire through injury in 2007, Matt wanted to find a way to impart his intimate knowledge of world class team environments to others. Matt set up Transition 15 and spent several years training as an executive coach delivering change management and high-performance coaching programmes as well as working on strategic partnerships for some of the most recognisable names in the business including Visa Europe, Nationwide, Monitise, M&S, Inspecs and Paradigm. In 2018, Matt was joined by Martin Haag, ex-Bath and England team mate, as Performance Director and together they lead a team of associates, sharing over 25 years of combined elite sport and business experience and expertise, paired with proven team development methodology, to give your business a real wealth of knowledge to draw on.
