Jordanelle Capital is an alternative asset manager that invests in real asset projects and companies across the Americas. Jordanelle is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. The company began as Peterson Real Assets, a division of Peterson Partners, and spun out as an independent asset manager in 2022. Jordanelle actively invests capital, expertise and resources in its portfolio companies, working hand in hand with the real asset entrepreneurs we back. We focus on a limited number of projects at any one time, allowing us to invest at an earlier stage than most real asset institutional investors. We commit ourselves as long-term partners to our portfolio companies, taking their projects from pre-development through to production and revenue. Jordanelle brings considerable expertise in helping transform companies and their projects from early-stage initiatives into fully bankable, large-scale projects. We work closely with our management teams on the key aspects of real asset project development: site selection, permitting, supply and offtake negotiations, project engineering, and construction and go-to-market strategies. In addition to greenfield and brownfield projects, Jordanelle invests in established real asset companies that are looking for transformative growth capital to scale up, introduce new products, or penetrate new markets.
