Serica is a British-based independent upstream oil and gas company with production operations centred on the UK North Sea. Serica is operator of the Bruce, Keith and Rhum fields which are largely gas producing assets in the Northern North Sea. In the Central North Sea, Serica is operator of the Columbus Development and partners with Ithaca and Harbour in the Erskine gas condensate field. The Company has the finance, scale, range of operations and technical expertise to both operate and to partner other companies. We seek to expand the value of our business whilst spreading risk and limiting downside exposure and do so both through partnerships and through asset transactions. With an experienced Board and Management, Serica has the knowledge, reputation and capabilities to drive value led growth both organically and through value enhancing acquisitions, building on synergies from our existing assets.
