Alpha Process Control

Alpha focuses on delivering solutions that enhance the economic optimization of the production process, through the utilization of closed-loop Model Predictive Control (MPC), Process Simulation, and NRM (near rigorous model) based inferentials. Alpha solutions are engineered to exploit the potential of existing production assets, without the need for investment in capital equipment. Alpha projects have a very short return on investment, typically shorter than 6 months. The Company, founded in 2011 has been steadily expanding in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Alpha is executing APC and PI projects for major companies including Shell, Sabic, GS Caltex, Cepsa, Sonatrach, Unipetrol, MOH, Hellenic Petroleum and others. Alpha's mission is to assist customers in achieving their Operational Excellence (OPEX), executing APC and PI projects with the highest quality standards. Alpha is headquartered in Pisa, Italy, and has representative offices and partners in several countries in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
