Australian Employment Services (AES) is the trading name of Thompson Human Resources Pty Ltd. AES is owned by its founder and Managing Director, Max Thompson. Thompson Human Resources was first registered as an RTO in 1987. In 1999 the company adopted the trading name, Australian Employment Services, and continued to expand its scope, developing and building training programs that address industry needs and/or shortfalls. AES is now highly regarded as a specialist training organisation focussing on servicing the needs of Local Government and associated industries. We do this by maintaining close working relationships in the industries we serve. Our team of staff, contractors and consultants have upskilled many Tasmanians by way of diverse training methods and processes to enable the achievement of qualifications and accredited units. AES takes pride in assisting a range of large and small organisations, along with individuals in achieving quality outcomes from VET participation.
