The Queensland Audit Office, led by the Auditor-General, is the independent auditor of the Queensland public sector. We provide the public with confidence in the reliability of public sector entity financial statements and operating performance. Our audits result in reports to parliament, and provide recommendations to entities on how they can improve public services. Our vision is for better public services for Queenslanders and our purpose is independent assurance and trusted advice.
