One Life Coaching

I provide one to one personal life coaching with the directive of goal building and discovery, and linking these with a strategy or strategies which will enable each person to achieve them within personalised deadline. The aim of this particular coaching is to help you move from where you are now to where you want to be in the future. We all have things which we want to do now and in the future, making these things clear in our mind makes a way for us to start to develop strategies which can generate the excitement and momentum to actually achieve these goals and dreams. Most of us have someone whom we look up to, want to be like, or have something we want. My question is "why can't you be like them, have what they have, or achieve more then they?" It is often us who hold us back from what we want. But the great thing is, is that it is us who can also achieve what we want. Using a model of Goals, Tasks and Deadlines we will partner to move through a schedule which will enable you to figure out what it is you want; how to get it; and also achieve it.
