Leone Fresh Farms Ltd. has been in business since 2018 but was registered in 2020. Leone Fresh Farms (LFF) Ltd is a company that is set to be producing high quality Fresh Vegetables, Fruits and Animal Products not stopping there but will also be processing most of its produce into finished good in Sierra Leone with high standard for Sierra Leone and overseas market. We are staffed with experienced person managing different department of the farming and production and experienced horticulturists, supervisors, and field workers. Our team works efficiently and response quickly to changing weather patterns and conditions in the field to achieve the maximum opportunity that each vintage presents. We comply with all business and agricultural regulations and requirements including, but not limited to, the Ministry of Agricultural, office of the Registrar General and other Agricultural Association. LFF tends to maintains a production staff of 9 or more experienced employees who are compensated in a manner that provides continuity of labor throughout the entire year, ranging from banana and plantain, vegetables and fruit production to processing and high quality packaging and delivery system which enables us to have a great service provision to our clients. We will endeavour to take pride in providing sustainable agricultural services that fulfil the requests of our clients. LFF will provide our employees with an on-going training in current farming practices, safety, and a variety of out-reach programs to keep abreast with latest agricultural production and processing practice. All of our efforts are driven by the determination to provide the highest quality of service, at reasonable cost for a great customer satisfaction.
