PBI is proud to be recognized as one of the Southeast's Largest Plumbing Contractors serving the greater Charlotte and surrounding eight counties within North and South Carolina. Our focus over the years has remained constant, with the highest priority being placed on providing our customers with the best quality and service to be found in the residential construction industry. PBI has made innovations to the plumbing profession by developing systems and procedures since 1977 with excellent service to the Charlotte community. Standard Operating Procedures – our handbook of standards of services, which PBI devotes to being above and beyond by exceeding all code requirements. PBI aims to install quality plumbing systems for all customers. Custom Job Application – PBI has developed its own job management software which maintains schedules, identifies areas of needed improvement per job/builder/community/manufacturer, provides detailed reporting for all business aspects and allows us to reference specific job details at the touch of a button. Quality Team – this appointed team devotes its focus on continuous improvement of quality standards, quality issue identification, employee education, and self-auditing of the entire PBI quality program.
