Integrity earning client trust Open, honest communication High quality consulting services Value added long-term client relationships In general terms, toward this mission we prepare federally-required cost proposals for securing federal project funding, evaluate the acceptability of and recommend improvements for client internal support systems, provide uniquely expert assistance in negotiating rates and system solutions with the federal government, and prepare documents and train staff for use of our recommended enhancements to client systems, policies, and procedures. Richards & Associates is proud to bring its valued services to clients in a full range of non-profit businesses, from colleges to hospitals. We can provide in-depth assistance to clients or provide a targeted subset of a project stream. We are also available for annual review and advice to client organizations which have attained a level of compliance and comfort no longer requiring extensive support.
