Commando is an innovative concept in the fitness / wellness industry. For us, the physical and mental health of our community is our main focus. We wake up day by day with the mission of creating experiences to develop, nurture and train the body and mind of our fitfam. Commando is a training concept with 6 studios, 14 training rooms in Mexico and a digital platform called Commando on Demand; an online training platform that proposes to revolutionize the fitness industry completely. It offers a wide variety of training programs, new classes every day both on demand and live and +8 training concepts such as yoga, running, strength, HIIT, flow, among others. At Commando Studios we have two training concepts: -Bootcamp: A class based on high intensity interval training made in specialized treadmills that offer superior comfort in each run. This workout is combined with functional strength work to give your body a complete and comprehensive workout. -Taller: An innovative concept with custom made equipment created specifically to have a fun and motivational session while developing strength, endurance and muscle mass increase. At each studio we have the After, our famous protein shakes bar to consume before or after class. Our Retail team, created Commando Apparel, which constantly provides new collections of sportswear and athleasure, using the latest trends in design, materials and technologies. As well as collaborations with local and international brands with limited editions of trending products. We are redefining the concept of fitness.
