Capital IDEA Houston is here to support economic rebounding for unemployed and underemployed individuals and families living in the Harris County/Houston area and seeking training at no cost. In our effort to be responsive to the COVID-19, also known as Coronavirus, Capital IDEA Houston is moving all information sessions, application, eligibility, and interviews online. Through the use of technology and online processes, we will make accessing our services even easier for you. All of our training institution partners have shifted to delivering courses online. We're aligning our process with these training institutions to ensure you'll be better prepared when you start school this Fall.
