The Holmen Park and Recreation (established 1998) offers year-round park and recreation programs and facilities. The Holmen Park and Recreation Department is responsible for the following facilities: twelve parks, Holmen Area Aquatic Center, Halfway Creek Trail, Halfway Creek Band Shell, Park Shop, Holmen Area Library, and Holmen Village Hall.
