o Management company The Management company of Pension Reserve Fund Of Republic of Srpska ad Banja Luka and the Pension Reserve Fund of the Of Republic of Srpska ad Banja Luka have been established in accordance with the Law on Pension Reserve Fund Of Republic of Srpska (Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska No. 73/08, 50/10). o Pension Reserve Fund Pension Reserve Fund of the Republic of Srpska was established 31st of May 2010. The aim of it's establishment is to support long-term financial viability of the mandatory pension insurance. Main activity and goal of Pension Reserve Fund is to invest in securities and other assets with respect to the principles of safety, the dispersion of risk, liquidity and profitability in order to increase the assets of Pension Reserve Fund. Total capital of Pension Reserve Fund at the time of is't establishment was 274,812,575.00 BAM. The Governing Body of Pension Reserve Fund is the Assembly. Function of the Assembly for Pension Reserve Fund performs Governing Board of Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of the Republic of Srpska. Pension Reserve Fund as a legal entity appears in its own name and for its own account only in relation to the Management Company.
