During this time we have taught in business schools, presented to hundreds of CEOs, managers, sports coaches and athletes and used assessments, coaching and consulting services to add value by finding solutions for clients. We believe that science should inform practice. To that end we are proud to use leading-edge global assessments that are rich in research and user friendly for executives. We are the Montenegrin and one of the global distributors of Hogan Assessments, which heavily influenced our research and practice. We rely on these assessments for selection, development, self-awareness and team building. We are also proud to be associate coaches of Dr Marshall Goldsmith, two times regarded as the best leadership thinker in the world by Harvard Business Review and Thinkers 50. Dr Goldsmith visited Blue Coach and Montenegro in 2013 and since then we have very fruitful cooperation. His practical knowledge of the executive coaching industry strongly influences our practice.
