Our mission is simple: to provide customers with a fun way to connect with liquor stores for delivery. We leverage advanced natural language processing and machine learning techniques to allow our artificially intelligent SMS-based chatbot, "Alco"​, to process orders for customers. Our techniques provide low-friction methods for customers to place orders. We do not have a complex online store-front or application, but rather handle the entirety of the ordering process via SMS. Further, our service remains affordable for partnered stores. Unlike our competitors, we do not cut deeply into already-thin margins.
