The Centre for Mindfulness Studies is an innovative, charitable organization that provides professional training, clinical treatment, and personal development programs in mindfulness-based practices and therapies. Our mission is to enhance the mental and physical well-being of individuals and communities through the practice of mindfulness. Our facilitators are seasoned professionals – physicians, social workers, psychotherapists and other highly qualified practitioners who offer a variety of programs to assist with personal and professional resilience, and the treatment of various mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety. About Mindfulness Mindfulness is about developing our capacity to pay attention to the present moment without judgment or distraction. This enables us to increase our awareness of our habitual reactions to difficult situations and develop more skillful ways of responding, opening us to possibilities for change.
