KLASSIC KLAROL FILTERS PVT. LTD was incorporated on the 13th of March 1991, under the Indian Companies Act 1956. The company signed a Memorandum of Understanding with CW-HANDEL and MEGU CONSULTING of Germany on 15th of September, 1991 to manufacture and sell KLAROL oil purification systems. The company started Pilot commercial operations on 18th of September, 1991. On the 21st of August 1992, the company entered into a technical and financial collaboration (approved by the Government of India) with CW HANDEL and MEGU CONSULTING of Germany to manufacture KLAROL oil purifier for lube oils. Government approvals e.g. Product Patent and the Design Patent for the purifier are in place. Research and Development has been undertaken to make Klarol suitable for use in Indian conditions.
