Shimmick operates as an independent company with renewed commitment to ongoing investments in its employees, technology, and equipment. As a privately held company, Shimmick enjoys greater control over business operations and strategic direction, while continuing to create value for our clients. Shimmick operates in the market as a stand-alone construction company under the Shimmick name and brand.
