Our Mission is to "Disrupt"​ the traditional way Companies Staff for resources, and for Applicants to find their "Next Job"​ by enabling Organizations with the tools they need, and Applicants a platform to apply for jobs. For Applicants: a) We will not ask you to register or fill a cumbersome application process. b) You apply to our jobs, and fill in basic information.... And that is it We are not computers running algorithms, We are a team of actual Humans, living in North America(Canada +USA) who will call you to understand, your needs, aspirations and the yada yada. For Clients: a) We were not machines who allocate budgets and run algorithms. b) Recruitment of Humans always needs human interaction, we realize that and we are your representatives in front of candidates, We run our of operations in North America only (Canada and USA) c) We can help inform prospective applicants about "Why Your Company"​ in a 60 second video of the Awesome work that you do.
