Bob Capoferri started the company in Hammonton, NJ in 1985. He continued to develop and grow a strong construction company with highly skilled crews, state of the art modern equipment and produces a quality line of asphalt emulsion products. His work has spanned the globe from ports overseas to the Azures in Portugal to the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions of the United States.​ ​Now in it's fourth decade in business Asphalt Paving Systems, Inc. is active in road construction projects in Florida, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and Georgia. ​APS is a full service paving company specializing in producing and supplying High Performance Asphalt Emulsion Products, Micro-surfacing, Chip Seal, Cape Seal, Crack Seal, Asphalt Paving, Full Depth Reclamation, and Cold In-Place Recycling. APS works with agencies (large and small)-City's, County's, Townships and DOT's. We believe in the right treatment at the right time.
