West Federal Retail owns and operates four Brick and Mortar formats: Brick and Mortar Mercantile, Crème de la Crème, Lou Lou Boutiques, and Zest Clothing & Co. WFR strives to offer the best customer service possible in local and downtown environments. Our main focus is on traditional retailing. Our founders, Tara and Ben, both grew up in the world of retail and have operated brick and mortar locations for over 30 years. Our headquarters are located in Middleburg, Virginia. The stores we operate are all located on the East Coast, from Connecticut down to South Carolina.
