Frontier Estates was established in 1996 by Adam Eldred and Andrew Crowther and has quickly grown to become an established Developer within the UK property market. Frontier has completed around 150 projects across all sectors of the market – including foodstores, healthcare, offices, industrial, residential and hotels. In total we have developed or secured consent for over 10 million sq ft of floor space. Frontier is an independent and entrepreneurial business. We are privately owned and benefit from substantial internal and external funding. The value of each of our projects is typically between £10m and £50m. Frontier's executive team has many years of hand's on property experience. We have a reputation for consistent performance and a straightforward professional approach to doing business. We have built an enviable track record which we are very proud of – a track record of producing high quality buildings and places as well as creative and profitable property transactions.
