Federation of Organizations (Federation) is a multi-service, community-based social wellness agency and is a major provider of health and wellness, senior & children's services, housing, and support services in Suffolk, Nassau, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx and Manhattan. For almost fifty years, Federation has developed innovative programs that are designed to meet the needs of vulnerable populations, such as individuals in recovery, those living with chronic medical conditions, adult home residents, homeless individuals and families, low-income seniors and at-risk children.
