Raglan owns and manages over 12,000 affordable low cost homes in nearly 100 local authority areas. Accommodation ranges from one bedroom flats to larger multi-bedroom family houses. We also redevelop redundant brownfield sites and empty properties in support of town centre regeneration. Raglan also provides supported accommodation including sheltered housing and refuges. All our homes meet the Government's ‘Decent Homes Standard' and provide residents with a safe, comfortable and welcoming place to live. Our development work involves building new homes that are sustainable: from the construction materials used to the communities that are encouraged to flourish. Raglan is an Industrial and Provident Society and is regulated by the Homes and Communities Agency.
