With properties now established in Dorset (Christchurch), Devon (Salcombe and Sidmouth), Cornwall (St Ives), Hampshire (Southampton and Upper Froyle) West Sussex (Chichester), East Sussex (Brighton), Somerset (Bristol) and Surrey (Farnham and Guildford), the Group has recently confirmed ambitious plans for expansion into London (Richmond) as well as further properties in Cornwall (Fowey and Padstow).
