CarePartners is a private, nonprofit healthcare organization in Asheville, North Carolina. We offer what healthcare professionals call a "full continuum of post-acute care." That simply means we have a wide range of services to help the people we serve live full and productive lives, despite illness, injury, disability or issues related to aging. Our team of 1,000-plus experts treats, restores, teaches and comforts individuals of all ages, from the tiniest infants to the oldest citizens of our region. For each person we care for, we develop an individualized treatment plan to assure our patients and clients receive the right care, at the right place, at the right time. We treat thousands of people a year from across North Carolina, Tennessee, Upstate South Carolina, and beyond.
