Our entire team's DNA is made up of former athletes with the same vision. CrossFit SISU is a purpose-driven organization, and we have quickly become the West Metro's largest and leading CrossFit affiliate by offering a refreshing change to people seeking Community, Challenge and Coaching. CrossFit SISU, at its core, is about the hard truths of life. Sustainable results don't come easy. We foster a fresh perspective. Accepting this fresh perspective for change takes inner strength. Strength takes guts. To have "guts" is SISU.
