Luminosity Consulting is a coaching and leadership development consultancy based in Cape Town, South Africa. Luminosity facilitates the total flourishing of people and organisations by helping them recognise, access, cultivate and apply their innate brilliance. We believe sustainable change and leadership requires the skill of recognising and relating directly with what is here: this moment's experience precisely as it is, rather than as we wish it were or fear it is. Our solutions involve cultivating an ongoing approach orientation to challenge. That orientation is itself resilience. Luminosity is our word for the innate brilliance in people and organisations – brilliance that is there whether it is recognised and accessed or not.
