Audacia Capital (Ireland) plc is a BBB+ rated Public Limited Company listed on the Euronext Dublin Stock Exchange. Audacia has been approved by the Irish Stock Exchange for the issue of a 250,000,000 EUR programme for the listing of listed, rated, and tradeable Corporate Bonds/Electronic Traded Notes. The purpose of the Company is to act as issuer for stock exchange listed Bonds for companies and in so doing, allow these companies to raise funds for the purpose of growing or capitalising their own business. Audacia operates globally as an Issuer and provides full management and administration of the Bond Series including registrar and settlement services. Audacia does not undertake any marketing or promotion on behalf of the Bonds it issues, and complies with all ISE and CBI requirements and regulations.
