TCAP is a specialist commercial advisory firm serving public and private sector clients delivering infrastructure, complex services and systems. Established by four highly experienced Partners, who have come together to provide clients with strategic and commercial advice in a more agile, responsive and innovative way. We aspire to be the leading strategic and commercial advisor to government clients and private organisations that tender for and deliver government work. TCAP can provide you with support and advice across the project lifecycle - from strategy and business case, through to procurement, delivery, operations and contract management. Our team have worked on some of the largest and most complex projects across sectors including transport, education and justice. Commercial work is about finding the right set of motivations for everyone to succeed.
