Gowan Group Limited

The Gowan Group is a family-owned holding company controlling many successful trading companies. Founded in 1969 by the late Con Smith, the Group is the exclusive importer and distributor of Peugeot and Honda motor vehicles in the Republic of Ireland, almost 50 years with Peugeot and Honda for 35 years, which are sold through a network of independent dealers. In addition to Peugeot and Honda, Gowan Motors retails Kia and Opel and provides after-sales service for Citroen at its purpose built outlet on the Navan Road. The Gowan Group has a number of other trading divisions. KAL Group, a leading kitchen white goods and electronics distributor with brands such as De Dietrich, Nordmende, AGA, Franke, Sharp, Elica, KitchenAid and operate from their state-of-the-art showrooms in Citywest. Senator Windows, a leading supplier of high quality, award winning windows and doors, manufactured in Wexford and operate through a nationwide independent dealer network. The Group currently employs over 250 people in Ireland. The Group also has an extensive property and investment division.
