Xcentuate is a management consultancy focused on providing strategic and operational support to visitor attractions and their wider supply chain. Our experience is extensive having worked with visitor attractions for over twenty years. Since forming Xcentuate in 2011 we have supported clients across the UK, US, Europe and Australia. Our current focus is on supporting clients as they navigate a post-Covid world. We believe our pragmatic and objective approach can be a helpful support mechanism for boards and senior management teams during this difficult time. Relevant past engagements have included delivering financial turnarounds; supporting structural change management; business planning and budgeting for organisations with annual operating budgets of <£500k - >£8m; growing new income streams; fundraising and repositioning organisations in their community. We are comfortable in challenging situations and work calmly in support roles. We have worked in varied environments and consistently delivered positive results.
