Having set up and run several small businesses and subsidiaries, I have become more involved with helping other SME's in their general management and development, as well as working on specific projects in product & brand development, sourcing, marketing, infrastructure and admnistration. This support is aimed at new and established businesses, to enable them to both have, on tap, an experience base and to gain knowledge in specialised areas that might be required to move their plans forward.. As my other businesses have good management in place, this now becoming a larger part of my life!
