MISSION STATEMENT To give birth to novel methodologies and self-regulating algorithms that can intelligently satisfy the security requirements of Next Generation Networks (NGNs) or Cognitive Networks and flexibly cope with varied security problems. To conduct state-of-the-art research that can be rapidly and seamlessly transformed into industrial strength product development. To produce a working research model for rapid development and integration of intelligent techniques into existing intelligent frameworks. To optimize coupling of research/development cycles and enact efficient inter-activity communication protocols for research and development.
