Our area of expertise continues to grow and expand with proven results in the Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Agricultural, and Marine General Contracting areas. East Elgin Concrete Forming Limited employs a dedicated list of skilled professionals that are committed to exceptional quality and service, providing a wide variety of concrete and custom services to the Agricultural, Commercial, Residential and Marine sectors. We are located in Tillsonburg, Ontario, in Oxford County, but provide services throughout all of Southern Ontario, from Sarnia to Toronto, Northern Ontario and the Niagara Regions. Our company employs 100-120 operational staff, which fluctuates on a secular basis along with 13 full time office staff. We are fully bonded and a member of Liuna Labourers' Local 1059. ​ Principle Owner and President, Tyson Van Leeuwen, is well respected within the community and within the industry. There is over 50 years of practical experience with the senior staff members in all facets of the concrete industry.
