Smart Solutions Africa (www.ssa.co.ke) is a multi-national consultancy firm whose objective is to offer efficient operational models to public and private institutions, businesses, and individual clients in Africa. We address the following key organizational areas: Human Resource recruitments and trainings; Branding and Brand managements; Quality Management systems (ISO, GMP, and Sigma); Production operation management (Lean manufacturing); and investment and inventory management. Smart Solutions Africa's approach is to bench-mark firms'​ operations and management strategy against global standards. This is achieved through engaging the organization in identification of existing gaps, developing remedial/corrective strategies and guiding the firm through adoption and implementation of the same.
