Mind Space is the leading platform in Online Therapies. Our mission is to give everyone an open platform to share their feelings without any judgement and heal them in the process. We have online FREE group counselling, free mental health assessment and 1-1 paid counselling with licensed clinical psychologists. Some of the therapy groups on the platform are related to Anxiety Issues, Depression, Stress, Relationship Improvement, Single Parent, Bullying, Work Stress, Motivation, Get Confident about yourself, Dealing with Health Issues or just general problems that you may want to discuss about with the groups. We provide assessments for various problems in form of quiz which is absolutely free of cost, and it helps you understand the severity of the problem that you are having. We recommend once you start participating in the group therapy sessions you regularly take the assessment to know if you are improving or not. We enrol licences therapists (RCI Registered) whom you can consult if you feel you need active help and if you do not feel the group therapies are helping you. With our daily life becoming tougher and the environment also giving us new challenges every now and then, we feel everyone needs such a place where they can talk about their issues openly without the fear of being judged in a safe environment. Hence we give the control of how you want to interact with the platform to you.
