Saudi Oger Ltd. is a private company, wholly owned by the Rafic Hariri family. Since its inception, Saudi Oger has become one of the leading Construction; Facilities Management Service Provider and Infrastructure Project Development companies in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the region.
