Creativity Incorporated (Creativity Inc) is a community services organisation providing care and meaningful support to people with disabilities, their families and carers. Creativity Inc helps make the bigger picture a reality through committed, comprehensive support. This, in turn, allows the organisation to build an environment around fostering and enriching lives - the very reason for Creativity Inc's existence. To this end, the organisation is continuously working towards a world where Creativity Inc has a degree of business-like efficiency, yet is still compassionate and flexible enough to meet the wide variety of needs within the sector. With an aim to become the benchmark for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) providers across Australia, Creativity Inc must hold true to its leadership goals. Specifically, being a leader in both individualised and fully-tailored programs. The delivery of programs themselves will always express the uppermost level of quality, cohesiveness and respect in order to drive the maximum number of positive individual client outcomes.
