Sahyadri College of Engineering & Management was established in 2007, affiliated to VTU Belagavi, approved by AICTE and Government of Karnataka. Recognized by UGC, DSIR as Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (SIRO), MHRD & MSME, Government of India. Accredited by NAAC with Grade ‘A', also accredited by NBA and IE(I) for all the Engineering Programs. The College is offering B.E., MBA, M.Sc. (Engg.) and Doctoral Programs. To a great extent, the success of the College must be credited to the excellent academic results year after year. The College is unique and is one among the few who can take pride in having a dedicated department for researching, analyzing and developing effective methods of imparting quality education. Research Center, Incubation, Placement & Training Center, Sahyadri Center for Social Innovation which includes Hands-on Experience Lab, Life Science Lab, Innovation Lab, and Product Design Lab. Sahyadri has started an Entrepreneurship Cell to ignite the creative thinking of students towards innovation and thereby mentor them to become successful entrepreneurs by providing the right entrepreneurial ecosystem. The Campus holds five lakh sqft. of built-up space, aesthetically constructed, in the courtyard style and spacious classrooms with good ventilation.
