The ambition from the outset was to create an agency that was responsive to the seismic changes in content creation, distribution, consumer product development, social media and retail and the industry's decisive shift to nurture entertainment franchises for the long term. As former film publicists, the all-female leadership created noise around major new movie and home entertainment releases. It was through this campaign work that they connected with other divisions within studios and identified an opportunity to apply their knowledge to maximising media exposure for entertainment properties helping the entire economy around character licensed brands.
