ONE Agency is a fully-fledged, integrated collective of experienced, multi-skilled creatives, strategists, directors, producers, animators, researchers, project managers and support staff. ONE was founded by Jonathan Lang in 2017, who thought that it was time to re-imagine the ad agency style and structure he came to know in his years of experience. ONE was built on his vision of what a relevant ad agency could look like when designed and tweaked for the new world. Today, thanks to our versatile and agile team of thinkers and doers - we're ONE with Film, Above the Line, Below the Line, Design, Digital, Branding, our Clients and each other.
