BMP was born in 1992 from the idea of its founders to create a productive unit specialized in the single and double-sided adhesive tapes converting. The company had to be able to satisfy the increasing needs of its customers in terms of speed and automatization of the industrial processes. Since then the company has regularly grown, nowadays being able to rely on a 10 million € turnover and a staff of more than 40 people. In order to reply to the specific customers' requests, the company has adopted a wise and continuous reinvestment policy of its own incomes in machinery, staff and manufacturing rooms. The machines' fleet includes: • 1 laser rotary die-cutting machine • 1 flatbed cutting plotter • 7 slitting-rewinding machines (max width 2.450mm) • 4 lathes • 17 die-cutting machines (8 rotary machines, 7 flat-bed machines and 2 platen die-cutting machines) • 6 laminating/sheeting machines (max width 2.300mm) • 1 corona treatment machine The internal laboratory counts on the following equipment: • 1 humidity/saline mist chamber (from -40°C to +190°C) • 1 dynamometer • 1 durometer • 1 profile reader • 1 rolling ball tack tester All the machinery and the manufacturing phases satisfy the quality standards according to ISO 9001: 2008 norms. The high company's commitment and its deep sensitivity for the protection of the health and the safety of its employees and environment, has lead the company itself to get OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 certifications. BMP is able to offer a full range of adhesive solutions apt to satisfy every need of assembling, sealing, protection, masking, bonding and insulation, cooperating with the most important special adhesive tapes producers and granting an excellent service in terms of quality and delivery time. The customer, being the central point of BMP projects, has brought the company to be a referral point, reliable in the converting of single and double sided tapes for several Italian and foreign companies.
