Today Garfield-Bennett Trust Company Limited is a niche service provider which focuses on independent wealth structuring and administration as well as the provision of fund administration services. We have significant experience in establishing and managing structures which take account of the ever changing economic environment. Our client base consists of individuals, families and institutional clients. As an independent, privately owned trust company our ethos is unchanged being to provide a quality, bespoke service which is tailored to each client's particular needs. The trust company is closely associated with the Law Firm, Garfield-Bennett English Solicitors which was first established in 1995 and then specialised in advising on and setting up offshore company and trust structures as well as the provision of legal advice and other associated services. Its lawyers are all individuals who are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority in the United Kingdom.
