Purchase homes from families facing repossession or from the open market. 4. Let homes back to distressed families or those on low income at fair rent. 5. Tenants can buy their home, one share at a time, without debt. 6. The more shares the tenants own, the less rent they need to pay. 7. Friends and family can buy gift shares for tenants to help increase ownership.
