LinkBuild, Inc. is a non-for-profit social enterprise that supports resource-poor urban communities in the Philippines through the development of affordable and innovative housing solutions. Founded in 2014, we are pioneering medium and high density housing projects that are affordable, resilient and well connected to the cities we work in. LinkBuild works as part of the Philippine Alliance, a grouping of 5 organisations that has a long standing tradition of facilitating community driven processes. Following this tradition, each of our housing projects is developed in collaboration with strongly engaged communities, allowing us to provide housing that meets their needs and corresponds to a mutual longterm vision.
