Far East Consortium is an international property development company with over $10billion under management in Australia alone. Founded in 1960, FEC is one of Asia's largest property developers and is a public company listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Since commencing operations in Australia in 1994, the group has contributed significantly to Melbourne's skyline through 12 landmark urban renewal redevelopments, and has recently expanded it's portfolio to include the four-tower, $2.6billion ‘West Side Place' development in Melbourne, the $600million redevelopment of Elizabeth Quay in Perth, and recently, the $2.4 billion Queens Wharf renewal project, which it won in a joint bid with The Star Entertainment Group and Chow Tai Fook Enterprises.
